This album slowly took on the theme of longing.
I wish I could write about what this means to me but I cannot.

Since starting this album I have begun and released 5 other projects. This is also my first album to be over 30 minutes in quite a while.
The track listing of this album ranged between 11 songs at its trimmest and 28 and its most.
Now here the album stands as a two part, 17 track, 53 minute album.

Existing as two separate parts instead of one cohesive whole felt needed to make the album flow, even if it felt like it was a compromise to do so. The first part being a solo album, the second being a collaboration.

Each of my collaborators asked me what the album was about, but I honestly had no idea at the time. I looked over the three songs that I had recorded by that point and noticed the smallest ounce of a theme, and told them "it is about longing."

I guess it is only fitting it took forever to finish.
I hope you can enjoy this album as much as I do.
I thank you for taking the time to read this, it means a lot to me.

To those who wanted to help but ended up being too busy, or moving away because of Covid, I thank you for your willingness to help even if things got in the way.
