about

This album has an interesting story. You may notice that no track has the same amount in the minutes counter, that is because I had a great idea. One that worked, until I listened to the album. It was to make it start out with a nine minute song, and go down one minute each song, counting down nine-eight-seven-six-five-four-three-two-one-zero.

This whole idea got started when I made the first four songs on the album. Wait, back up a bit. This album got started when I listened to the Akira soundtrack, and then made the song "Midnight Rain". Anyways, when I made the first four songs. The first was seven minutes, next was six, and after that five, and then four. It was a great accident. It was amazing, the idea instantly took hold, and I made all the songs follow it. It was going to have eleven songs, until I decided that the album would be too long that way.

When I was making the album, I was so tired that I was getting headaches, but I went on with it. Those days I made the shorter songs. When it was finally done, I started listening to it, and I realized, it would work better if it went zero-one-two-three-four-five-six-seven-eight-nine instead. So I went to go do that, however, it still wasn't right. It was starting to bug me, and then I realized, the album didn't flow together either way. So that whole pattern was thrown out the window, and rearranged. However, feel free to arrange them however you like.

So then I listened to it with the new order, and it was great. Shame about that idea. Well, in the end, I got a good fifty-one minute album, and it flows quite nicely together. I'm still kind of upset at myself about the whole thing. Oh well. Anyways, I hope you enjoy the album.
