stop from this undoing where you are too tired that everything just gets overthought and there is not enough sense to understand or let things go or forgive yourself and you just feel terrible while driving until you recognize that this is not a part of you and this is not who you are and it is not from God so you get upset at it and feel pissed and exhale from your nose violently and then try to drown it out with music but you brought a folk album so blasting it does not help you at all so you just turn it off and drive in silence and instead just talk to God.
